Material identification
Each material is listed under its common name and a chemical or research classification, never by intended effect. Every unit size has its own SKU, so a 5 mg and a 10 mg vial of the same compound are separate, traceable products.
Where we publish identifying data such as sequence, molecular formula or molecular weight, it comes from the manufacturer's specification or a verified analytical report. If a value has not been confirmed, we leave the field blank.
Batch traceability
Every batch we receive is assigned a lot number before it enters inventory. The lot number is printed on the vial label, the packing slip and the invoice. When an order ships, our system records which lot filled each line, so the record connects in both directions:
- from a lot, to every order that received units from it;
- from an order, to the lots it contained and their certificates.
If a lot is withdrawn, that record tells us exactly which customers to contact.
Analytical testing
Every lot is tested for identity and purity and is sold with the Certificate of Analysis for that lot. The certificate names the laboratory, the method used and the date of analysis. We do not estimate, round up or carry results from one lot to another: each lot stands on its own report.
COA documentation
A certificate moves through three states. Pending means analysis or our verification is not complete, and no values are shown. Verified means a member of our team has checked the transcribed values against the laboratory's original PDF, which is stored unchanged and offered for download. Archived means the certificate was superseded or withdrawn; it stays on record for past orders.
Verified certificates are never edited. A correction is issued as a new certificate and the old one is archived, so the history is preserved. You can search all certificates in the documentation portal.
Laboratory handling
Materials are supplied for handling by qualified personnel in a laboratory setting, under the safety procedures of the purchasing institution. Use appropriate personal protective equipment, keep containers labelled, and dispose of materials according to local regulations for laboratory chemicals.
We do not provide instructions for preparing or using materials in humans or animals, and our support team will not answer such questions.
Storage requirements
Storage conditions are set per lot and appear on the lot record and the vial label. Stock is held under those conditions until it ships. On arrival, store unopened containers as stated on the label and keep them sealed until use in your laboratory.
Documentation requests
If you need a certificate that is not yet published, a copy of a document for a past order, or supplier information for your institution's records, send a documentation request with the lot number from your vial or packing slip.
