Scope
This policy applies to the entire Pure Chiral Labs website, every product we supply, all communications with our team and every order placed with us. By entering the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to it.
Research use
All materials are supplied only for legitimate laboratory, in-vitro and analytical work by qualified personnel. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements or medical devices, have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Qualified buyer policy
Purchasers must be at least 21 years old and buying for legitimate research purposes. We may ask for supporting information before an order is accepted or shipped, including organization name, role, organization type, a business or institutional website, an institutional email address and a business address. We keep this information with your account and review it as part of order review.
Prohibited uses
Materials may not be used, sold or supplied for any of the following:
- administration to humans;
- administration to animals;
- therapeutic or diagnostic use;
- personal consumption of any kind;
- preparation of doses or injection;
- compounding;
- clinical use.
No administration guidance
Our representatives may not provide, and will not respond to requests for, any of the following: dosage calculations, administration instructions, reconstitution instructions for human or animal use, injection procedures, cycles or schedules, or personal-use recommendations. Requests of this kind are recorded and may lead to an order being refused or an account being closed.
Buyer acknowledgment
You confirm the research-use terms when you enter the site, when you create an account and again at checkout. Each confirmation is stored with the exact version of the policy you accepted and the time you accepted it.
Right to refuse
Every order is reviewed before payment is requested. We may decline or cancel any order, or close any account, where the order, the communications around it or the purchaser's information are inconsistent with this policy. Refused orders are not charged, or are refunded in full.
