Information we collect
Account details (name, email), the researcher information you choose to provide (organization, role, website, institutional email), shipping addresses, your orders, the research-use confirmations you make with the date and policy version, and messages you send us.
When you pass our researcher verification we record the time, the policy version, a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser type.
We do not receive or store your card number. Payments are handled by Stripe under Stripe's privacy policy.
How we use it
To review, fulfil and support your orders; to provide documentation for the lots you received; to meet our research-use, tax and legal obligations; to prevent fraud; and to answer your requests. We email you about your orders. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.
How long we keep it
Order, acknowledgment and lot records are kept for as long as needed for tax, legal and traceability purposes (period to be set by counsel). You can ask us to delete other account information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can see your orders and profile in your account. To request a copy, correction or deletion of your information, email support@purechirallabs.com. Residents of some states, including California, have additional rights that we honor.
Security
The site uses HTTPS everywhere. Access to customer records is limited to staff who need it, and every staff action is logged.
