Who may buy
You must be at least 21 years old and buying for legitimate laboratory or in-vitro research, as described in our Compliance Policy. We may ask for information about you and your organization before accepting or shipping an order.
Research use only
Every product is sold for laboratory research use only. Products are not for human or veterinary consumption or administration, and are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements or medical devices. You agree not to use, resell or supply any product for a purpose our Compliance Policy prohibits, and you are responsible for safe handling, storage and disposal under the laws that apply to you.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Every order is reviewed. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and request payment. We may decline or cancel any order consistent with our Compliance Policy; if we do, you are not charged, or any payment is refunded in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Shipping is charged at a flat rate shown at checkout. Applicable sales tax is shown before you pay. Payment is taken by card through Stripe after your order is approved; we never see or store your full card number. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Product documentation
We sell only units from lots with a published Certificate of Analysis. We warrant that each product matches the identity and purity stated on the verified certificate for its lot at the time of shipment. We make no other warranty, including fitness for any particular purpose.
Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or cancellations of paid orders, and refunds are given only as described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Legal and export restrictions
We ship only to addresses in the United States and do not export. You are responsible for confirming that you may lawfully purchase and possess each product where you are. We may refuse orders to locations where a product is restricted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Final wording to be set by counsel, including governing law and dispute resolution.
