Where we ship
We ship from the United States to addresses in the United States only, including laboratory and business addresses. We do not ship internationally.
When orders ship
Every order is reviewed first. Once approved and paid, orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and US public holidays.
Carriers and delivery times
Orders ship by USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. Materials that require cold storage are packed with cold packs and insulation. You receive an email with the tracking number and the lot number of every item when your order ships.
Cost
Shipping is a flat $15.00 per order, shown at checkout before you pay.
